Independent technical analysis and evidence are essential to understanding and reducing the risks that nuclear weapons and emerging technologies pose to international peace and security.
At evident, we develop new technologies and methods and uncover data to trace nuclear materials and activities, model the consequences of nuclear weapons use, and advance monitoring and verification—all in the public interest.
Our research brings together science, engineering, public policy, and investigative methods to tackle questions that conventional approaches cannot answer alone. Our work strengthens nuclear security, advances arms control, and informs policy and diplomacy.
Our ultimate mission is to produce independent research that strengthens public understanding, informs decision-making, and contributes to a more peaceful and secure world.
